• Assigning technicians
• Tracking service progress
• Managing warranty and support

3) User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Not misuse the app for fraudulent or illegal activities
• Maintain confidentiality of login credentials

4) Technician Assignment

• Service personnel are assigned based on availability and proximity
• Displayed distances may be based on dynamic location tracking rather than registered address
• Routes are calculated based on road mapping systems

5) Limitation of Liability

Index Informatics Systems Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for:

• Delays in service due to external factors
• Incorrect data entered by users
• Any indirect or consequential damages

6) Warranty and Service

• Warranty claims are subject to verification
• Final decisions on service eligibility rest with the company
• Third-party components (if any) follow their respective OEM policies

7) App Usage Restrictions

Users must not:

• Reverse engineer or modify the app
• Attempt unauthorized access
• Use the app for unintended purposes

8) Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the app in case of:

• Violation of terms
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity

9) Modifications
